Payment
When you subscribe to become a member of the Gregor Library, you must select an
annual payment plan and provide us with information regarding your credit card or
other payment instrument. You represent and warrant to us that such information
is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You agree to
pay us the amount that is specified in the payment plan in accordance with the terms
of such plan and this agreement. If you dispute any charges, you must let us know
within sixty(60) days after the date of purchase.
Your subscription is NOT automatically renewed upon its expiration. We will notify
you via your User Account page and email when your subscription is about to expire
and you can elect to renew your subscription at that time.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Accuracy of Data
Although the information found on this site is believed to be reliable, no warranty,
expressed or implied, is made regarding the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, legality,
reliability or usefulness of any information, either isolated or in the aggregate.

we terminate your account, we will refund the pro-rated amount of your membership
term that you have prepaid us.
If you choose to terminate your membership with us, the Gregor Library will NOT
refund a pro-rated amount of your membership term. All sales are final.
Trademarks
The Gregor Library logo is the trademark of the Gregor Library, a division of
Compliance Gurus Inc. No permission is given for its reproduction or publication
by any person, except with prior approval in writing from Compliance Gurus Inc.’s
executive team. All product names mentioned on the Gregor Library website are the
trademarks of their respective owners.
Governing Law
We control the Gregor Library website from our offices within the State of Massachusetts,
United States of America. It can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from
other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that differ from
those of Massachusetts, by accessing this site, you agree that the statutes and
laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to the conflicts of law principles
thereof, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site and the purchase
of products and services available through the Gregor Library site.
We make no representation that the products and services available through our
